Authorship and Collaboration

It is the responsibility of the corresponding author or primary author to ensure that all appropriate  co-authors are included on the papers.

Name of authors listed in a paper should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the report. Only those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors.

All contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship but  have participated in certain substantive aspects of the manuscript must be listed as contributors in the Acknowledgement Section. Please ensure that any personal acknowledgements are provided separately to the main text to facilitate anonymous peer review process.

Depending on the relative scientific or professional contributions provided by the authors will determine the principal authorship, authorship order, and other publication credits. A student is usually listed as a principal author on any multiple- authored publication if the manuscript to be published derives from the student’s dissertation or thesis.

The Author(s) must adhere strictly to ensure that the submitted manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere. Proper citations should accurately be given for works  and/or words of others.

The Author(s) must not concurrently submit the same manuscript of work to other journal(s) or primary publication.

All sources of financial support related to the work if any, should be disclosed.

All co-authors must approve the final version of the paper and agree to the version of the paper before submission for publication.

When the author(s), in any case, discovers any significant inaccuracy or error in his/her submitted manuscript, it is the responsibility of the author(s) to immediately notify the editor regarding this matter.
