Reflective thinking and its relationship to religious commitment among Mutah University students

الملخص

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التفكير التأملي والالتزام الديني لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة جامعة مؤتة والبالغ عددهم (21750)، وتم اختيار عينة عنقودية عشوائية قوامها 500 طالب وطالبة،  ولقد طبق المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدم مقياس التفكير التأملي لكيمبير(2000) ومقياس الالتزام الديني لشويعر(1989)، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة، أن هناك علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة ما بين التفكير التأملي والالتزام الديني على المستوى الكلي، وعلى مستوى الإبعاد احتل المرتبة الأولى بعد التأمل، تلاه بعد العمل الاعتيادي وفسر كليهما (23.0%) من التباين في الالتزام الديني.
